Wilson Vineyards, Clarksburg Wedding {Sneak Peak}

It's 1:30am and I just couldn't wait to blog and share a quick image from the most amazing wedding I was privileged to be a part of tonight. Mike and Jennifer - you two are the most adorably sweet and unique couple. So much of your personalities went into planning this wedding and it showed. From the handmade hair piece, fall pumpkins and delightfully sweet and funny vows - every moment of this day whispered of your spirit.
When Jennifer decided on Wilson Vineyards for her location - she thought it might be cute to replicate the "American Gothic" portrait. I absolutely loved the idea and the thought never left my head until today when I finally was able to create their "American Bridal Gothic" portrait. I am absolutely in love with it...it's definitely going to be a studio display. To all those soon-to-be-brides out there - I challenge you to get creative and bring a unique spin to your wedding photography. This may not be your style but find something that is and work with your photographer on creating something that reflects your personalities and is a testament to your love. Enough about that...now on to the pretty pictures!

What do you think?
I'll be posting more fabulous photos from this wedding later this week. Tomorrow I am off to the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in S.F. This is a free concert in Golden Gate Park and is filled with some wonderfully talented musicians...definitely worth the drive! Happy Sunday!
